Ahead of his arrival, the UK Prime Minister’s Office released a G20 poster featuring Rishi Sunak alongside Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, highlighting “Global Food Security” as London’s focus at the Delhi summit.

In a tweet, Sunak emphasized his priorities for the summit: stabilizing the global economy, building international relationships, and supporting the vulnerable. He noted Putin’s absence from the G20 but affirmed the UK’s commitment to supporting Ukraine amidst the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

The conflict featured prominently on the UK’s summit agenda, with Downing Street underscoring India’s crucial role in addressing it.
