Responsibilities for Paytm’s Customer Support Intern (Work from Home) Positions:

  • Resolving and replying to customer queries.
  • Managing incoming customer service inquiries.
  • Meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for queries through various communication channels.
  • Sending timely communication related to events or customers.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as client servicing, business development, marketing, tech, and product.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs and feedback, and sharing them with relevant teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within designated time limits.
