On Thursday, an encounter unfolded in Kulgam, J&K, between security forces and terrorists, with two militants reportedly trapped in Samnoo Nehama.
The clash originated in the Damhal Hanji Pora area. In October, two terrorists linked to Hizbul Mujahideen were killed in a Kulgam encounter.

Simultaneously, two Army personnel were injured in a Rajouri gunfight. A subsequent search operation aimed to locate terrorists.
This incident follows a pattern of security operations against militant activities in the region, highlighting the persistent challenges faced by security forces in maintaining peace.
